Chief Executive Officer/Board President

Robin James leads WHISPER 619, Inc., an agency dedicated to Women Helping with Innovative
Solutions, Purpose, Education, and Resources. WHISPER 619, Inc. addresses gaps in social
service provisions to uplift communities.
Robin M. James is an accomplished Senior Manager with over a decade of experience in the
non-profit social services sector. Based in Marietta, GA, Robin specializes in driving strategic
initiatives and operational excellence in programs addressing homelessness, domestic violence,
sexual assault, elder abuse, mental health, and family support services. With a strong background
in financial management, grant compliance, and program development, Robin is highly skilled at
creating innovative solutions for marginalized populations.
Robin is also the Director of Programs at LiveSafe Resources. She has excelled in providing
leadership and fostering team collaboration while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
such as HUD, HIPAA, CJCC, and OVW. Her leadership has resulted in measurable
improvements in program efficiency and client outcomes. Robin is a certified domestic violence
advocate and paralegal, with a Master’s degree in Human Services from Argosy University and a
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
Dedicated to community impact, Robin also builds strong partnerships with stakeholders and
excellence in service delivery.
Chief Operations Officer/Board Vice-President

Kimberlee Ann Woods, Ph.D., LMSW, is a dedicated and accomplished Licensed Master Social Worker with extensive expertise in program development, policy creation, and compliance with Georgia's regulatory standards. With a career spanning mental health, therapeutic foster care, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse rehabilitation, she has significantly impacted various sectors. Dr. Woods holds a Doctorate in Social Work with a focus on Policy, Planning, and Administration from Clark Atlanta University, complementing her Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Human Services, respectively. Currently, Dr. Woods serves as an Adjunct Professor at Clark Atlanta University, where she mentors social work students and supervises field education programs. She also brings executive leadership experience from her roles as Chief Operating Officer at Elks Aidmore and State Director for Omni Visions. Her innovative approaches to program design and compliance have enhanced organizational operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and impactful outcomes. In addition to her professional endeavors, Dr. Woods actively participated in community initiatives, serving on the Board of Directors for Decatur Cooperative Ministries and holding a leadership position as Vice President and founding member of Whisper619. Her recent pursuits include licensure in Real Estate and Financial Services, enabling her to offer a broader range of services to support community well-being. A dynamic leader and advocate, Dr. Woods continues to empower individuals and communities through her multifaceted roles and unwavering commitment to social impact.
Chief Financial Officer/Board Treasurer

With a BA in Business Administration from Georgia State University, Anita Ware Johnson built her 30+ year career out of consulting with businesses and making them more profitable. She has been an influential force to the Atlanta small business community as both an entrepreneur and through employed positions. Ms. Johnson fills the role of treasurer for WHISPER, Inc. She is a catalyst for unlocking technologies ensuring access activism and resistance.
